Refund & Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that no refund will be provided if delivery details are inaccurate and the delivery personnel has arrived at the address provided at the delivery time slot chosen. Kindly key in the correct shipping address, unit number and mobile number during checkout.
The minimum lead time for cancellations is 12 hours from the start of the delivery window. Please WhatsApp us at 8223 0550 to cancel your order.
We will provide a full refund in spending credits if orders are cancelled at least 12 hours before the delivery timeslot. Kindly note that if you would like us to refund you via credit card/cash, the refund amount will be subject to 5% credit card fee (charged by the platform provider).
For orders with less than 12 hours cancellation notice, the refund will only be provided via spending credits. We appreciate your understanding that there will be no refund if the cancellation notice is less than 3 hours from the start of the delivery window.
