Is there a minimum order for islandwide delivery?

There is no minimum order required. 

Is there a delivery fee for islandwide delivery?
Yes, kindly refer to our shipping policy for our delivery rates.

How early in advance do I have to place an order?

We deliver within 1.5 hours so it is sufficient for you to place your order 1.5 hour in advance. However, this is subject to availability of delivery slots. If you would like to secure your preferred delivery timing, please pre-order as early as you can.

Why can't I check out?

Please ensure you have selected a delivery date and time (scroll down in your cart to find the delivery widget). Once you have selected a delivery date and time, you will be able to check out.

Why am I only seeing a delivery slot that is more than 1.5 hours ahead?

If you don't see your preferred timeslot available, it means your preferred delivery window has been fully booked. Please WhatsApp us at 8223 0550 with your delivery location and time so we can check if it's possible to squeeze in your delivery!

Why can't I see an option to select a delivery date and time? 
Please check that your browser is either Chrome or Safari. You will not be able to see our delivery widget if you are using Internet Explorer. Please contact us if you are using Chrome and Safari but still can't select your delivery details.

Is Waa Cow! halal?

We are not Halal-certified.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Do WhatsApp us if you need to cancel your order. If the order has not been prepared, we will refund the full order amount minus the credit card fees of 3.2% + 50cents back to your credit card. Sincere apologies for this as we will be charged this amount even if we refund the amount back to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish to bear the credit fees, we can refund the full amount via credits back to you which you can use anytime.

I can't find my order confirmation details.

Your order confirmation details will be automatically sent to you after you make payment. Do check your junk folder if you can't find the email in your inbox. If it's not in your inbox or junk, please contact us and we will resend the confirmation email to you.

I need to add more items to my order. How can I do that?

Email or WhatsApp us the additional items you'd like to add, together with your order confirmation number. We will add the items for you on our back end and send you a payment link.
